This water temperature gauge is ideal for checking on your engine cooling system and helps keep on eye out for any potential issues.
The sender can be mounted directly into an available water temp port (for example, inlet manifold), piggy backed off the OE sender/switch using a brass T-Adaptor or most commonly, into a top radiator hose inline t-piece. Should the standard sender wire not be long enough, splice in an additional length of wire with a gauge NO GREATER than supplied loom wire. SAAS recommends <= 20AWG wire. Use of a heavier gauge wire or of too greater length will impact resistance and distort temperature readings.
